Unit 2 wins the Fall 2010 Blackout Battles competition! Want to ensure that your unit wins a Ben & Jerry's ice cream party? Save energy by turning off the lights, using and turning off power strips, taking the stairs, washing with cold water (bright colors setting), and more. The Spring edition of Blackout Battles is going on now till April 1st!
The Alliance to Save Energy's Green Campus Program is a student-led initiative that empowers tomorrow's energy efficiency leaders. The program is currently on 19 universities and colleges, engaging and training students to build pathways to green careers, realize measurable energy savings, infuse energy and energy efficiency concepts into academic curricula, & promote energy efficiency outreach.
